Biography

A computer engineer by day and a traveling sole by night. I am a life-long resident of Connecticut currently residing in South Windsor. I started exploring Black & White photography in 1977 while traveling with my family. I attended Manchester Community and Central Connecticut State University where I received degrees in Computer Engineering and Business. I continued to explore photography in college and also explored painting. While not a primary focus Photography has been a hobby of mine these past 35+ years.

I specialize in expressive landscapes, waterscapes and reflections. I have just started to show my work this year attending Juried Art shows in South Windsor, Windsor, Woodstock and most recently the Glastonbury Art Festival. I am a member of Artist’s in Real Time, and will be presenting my work at the Hartford Open Studio weekend in November. I will also have a piece on display at ArtSpace, 555 Asylum Street, as a part of their month long exhibit.

I made the switch to digital a few years ago. Nikon is my preferred equipment and I capture all of my images in a RAW format. I create Glicée prints that will last a lifetime. I print every image in my studio to ensure that each and every image meets my expectations. All of my prints are printed and matted to standard frame sizes.
